Pricing and Booking Policies

PRICING

Trip prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% GST and $20 per person per week PST

2017/18

Catered and guided trip: $2250 + tax = $2382.50

Catered trip: $1850 + tax = $1962.50

Self Sufficient trip: $1350 + tax = $1437.50

2018/19

Catered and guided trip: $2350 + tax = $2487.50

Catered trip: $1900 + tax = $2015

Self Sufficient trip: $1400 + tax = $1490

2019/20

Catered and guided trip: $2450 + tax = $2572.50

Catered or Guided trip: $1950 + tax = $2067.50

Self Sufficient trip: $1450 + tax = $1542.50

Summer trips

Catered and guided hiking trip (minimum 6 people): $275 + tax per person per night
Lodge rental (up to 12 people): $1000 + tax per night

Catered or guided only rates depend on group size. Call or email for a quote.

DEPOSITS

To secure your spot a deposit of $500 (individual spots) or $5000 (whole lodge) is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due in two equal payments on Sept 1 and Dec 1 prior to your trip. Late payments can result in a loss of reservation. An email reminder will be sent to you several weeks before the payment is due.

REFUNDS

All trip payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to come at the last minute for any reason there will be no refunds or ski credits given.  Trips will not be cancelled due to weather or snow conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance, which is available through many travel agents. DISCOUNTS FOR KIDS

Kids 10 and under are free, kids 11-16 are charged half price, and kids 17 and older are charged as adults.
